Cherries are the sharpest windows in the book, and there are two. The domestic deal runs from the Northwest and California in June and July; Chile and Argentina take January, with December air freight for the early promotions. A cherry program is decided in weeks rather than months, which is why it is run by the same team that clears and moves it.
